Order Processing Time
All Sworn to Serve apparel is made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment before it ships out. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 5-14 business days for domestic orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sworntoserve26@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll help track down your package or file a claim with the carrier if needed.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.
